Legal Notice

1. on purchasing an item or items the byer agrees that they have read all of the listing, and the byer agrees with all there own checks as to the compatibility of any such listing

2. any item fitted whether be in part or whole will NOT be returnable. items must be checked before fitting.

 3. fitting or using any item or items by the byer or any third party will be deemed that you do accept all of the said item or items in fitting any item in part or in full, will not be returnable.

 4. any item purchased will be in the buyer's care and the byer's responsibility, also includes when the byer gives the item to a third party or parties e.g garage or mechanic or any other persons involved with the byer, until returned at the byers cost, un-used and in a re-saleable and as new condition.

5. pictures are a guide only, on purchasing an item or items you agree that if an item is not available an item of the same or higher quality will be sent. an item of a lower quality will Not be sent.

6. labour claims or any other claims or charges will not be held by Transpart uk

3.      FORMATIONS

         These Conditions form part of the Contract to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (including any terms or conditions            which the buyer purports to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document). All orders from the                  buyer for Parts shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Parts subject to these Conditions.

4.      PAYMENT

4.1    Payment must be made with order along with any delivery charges if applicable

5.      TITLE

3.1    The property in the Parts (both legal and equitable) shall not pass to the Buyer until Payment has been received in full (in cash or cleared funds):

3.1.1    The price for the Parts plus all carriage, Insurance duties and value added tax payable in connection with the Parts and their delivery

6.      RETURN OF PARTS

6.1   If currently supplied Parts are returned more than 7 days after purchase, then a handling charge of 15% of the price of parts will be payable by the Buyer.

 7A. ANY ITEM ATTEMPTED DELIVERY BY CARRIER BUT NOT DELIVERED DUE TO NOBODY AT THE PROPERTY OR REFUSED DELIVERY OR NOT COLLECTED FROM THE CARRIERS DEPOT OR LOCAL COLLECTION POINT, AND AS SHOWN IN TRACKING DETAILS, THERE WILL BE A RETURN TO SENDER CHARGE OF £6.95 PLUS VAT.
